Christi leads the firm's strategic direction and delivers tailored compliance, governance and risk management solutions across industries. Her legal background spans academia, teaching, commercial drafting and tax law.

As outsourced in-house counsel, she designs governance structures, builds compliance systems and gives proactive guidance. She works closely with accounting, tax, financial planning and strategy professionals so clients get aligned support.
